Description
Sabut Dhaniya (whole coriander seeds) is cleaned and graded for uniform size and freshness. It can be used whole in tempering to release a mild citrusy aroma into oil, or dry-roasted and ground at home just before cooking for the freshest possible flavour, which is noticeably more aromatic than pre-ground powder. Sold loose by weight to suit both home cooks and bulk buyers.
