1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India. Delivery availability for your specific pin code will be confirmed at checkout.
2. Order Processing Time
- Standard products (Anaaj, Masale): Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.
- Custom Mix products (e.g., Bejad Atta): Since these are freshly ground/prepared to your specification after ordering, processing may take 2–4 business days before dispatch.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
3. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. Delivery to remote or rural areas may take longer. Timelines are estimates and not guaranteed, as they depend on courier partner performance.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on order weight, value, and delivery location. Any free shipping thresholds will be clearly displayed on the website.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive shipment details via email/SMS where available. You can also track your order status anytime using our Track Order page, accessible from your account or the website footer.
6. Packaging
All products are securely packed to preserve freshness and prevent damage during transit. Grains, spices, and custom mixes are packed in food-safe, sealed packaging.
7. Delayed or Failed Delivery
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, or delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability at the delivery location, please contact our support team. Additional delivery attempts may incur extra charges if the failure was due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
