Dry Moong Mogar Dal is the skinless split form of green gram, polished and cleaned for a smooth cooking texture. It is popularly used for dal preparations, moong dal halwa and khichdi, and is favoured when a smoother, more refined final texture is desired compared to the chilka variety. Sold loose by weight.
