Sabut Lal Mirch (whole dried red chillies) is sun-dried to retain its natural colour and pungency without artificial processing. It is commonly used whole in tempering to infuse oil with heat and flavour, in pickles for preservation and spice, and ground fresh at home by customers who prefer to control the texture and freshness of their own chilli powder. Sold loose by weight for maximum freshness.
